Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Style by Audra ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Style by Audra provides personalized styling advice, body shape analysis, and wardrobe planning tools. Our service includes:

Body shape quiz and analysis
Personalized styling recommendations
Capsule wardrobe planning tools
Community features and style sharing

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Premium Services

Some features require a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share inappropriate or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt our service

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to all premium features until that date, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.

For monthly subscribers, billing occurs on the same date each month. For annual subscribers, billing occurs once per year on the renewal date.

Account Suspension & Termination

You are free to stop using Style by Audra at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at admin@wardrobesteward.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of prohibited use, abuse, fraudulent activity, or activity that poses a security risk to our service or other users. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking such action.

Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by us — access to all premium features will cease immediately. Any data associated with your account may be retained for a reasonable period as required by law before being permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Style by Audra provides styling advice for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our recommendations or any consequences thereof.

Analytics — We collect anonymised usage data (such as feature interactions and session activity) via Base44 analytics to improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with advertising networks.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
